One important reason why Sports Tracker was developed is to help coaches and schools track and compare results of team-based sporting events. This tutorial aims to show you how to do this using the Sports Tracker web app.

Step 1: The way to close your meet so persons can no longer register is to go back to your Meet Progress.

Step 2: Now that you are in the organization dashboard, all you need to do is to click on Close Meet.

Step 3: This means that event registrations are now locked in place and closed. Students can no longer log in and change their registration. However the admin users can still make various changes as needed.

Step 4: The next step is to register teams in events such as relays. Click on Events.

Step 5: Click on Participant.

Step 6: Under Team Pool, tick the box beside the team you want to add then click Assign Checked. To select all teams, tick Check All then click Assign Checked.

Teams are now registered to that event.
